Yes, beach lovers, Anvaya Cove individual share will have a 25thou pesos increase (corporate shares will have 40thou pesos increase) by May 1. The demand for the the shares has been quite astonishing. This i think because more and more people have seen the site (which we have soft-opened for the summer)…Hmmm, word is now getting around. That’s good.

I would like to know how i can buy a club share to Anvaya Cove, how much and can i buy it without buying a property at Anvaya?

Hi Jojo!
We have reserved the remaining club shares for lot buyers only. The price of the share now is 658K pesos (but every centavo is worth it if you ask me or those who have been to Anvaya). Smallest lot is around 450 sqm with a price tag of more or less PhP 5M. There are payment terms offered of course.
If you are really interested and you think it’s within your budget, then I advice we meet up so I can show you around Anvaya.
