Buyer's Guide to Ayala Land

Hello Ayala Land followers,

Last Sunday was a blast! The Nuvali Launching was a success! A lot of people (shakers, movers, innovators, lot-owners, etc) went to the event.

Congratulations to all Abrio and Montecito lot owners. What did I tell you before? Trust us. What we promise, we deliver – crisis or no crisis. Now that, I’m proud to say, is commitment.

Lake at the other end. See the building from a distance? That’s the One Evotech Bldg… Convergys now has a branch there. Lucky agents. hehehe. Working in a nice place + overlooking a nice lake = Nice job. And do you know the Evotech bldg has bike ramps that goes all the way to the uppermost floor? That means, agents can bike their way from house to work literally!

To all kids, yes, we flew kites! Yes! Fun Fun Fun! Proof na mahangin pa sa Nuvali!

Of course, there was a concert too. This was held inside a huge air-conditioned tent. Artists like Agot Isidro, Bituin Escalante, Paolo Valenciano, and other performers entertained the Nuvali crowd.

Soon to open in Nuvali…

Biking or walking is encouraged in Nuvali. =)

I know, this place is just beautiful. This area was nothing but bare land a year ago. And now comes the birth of a new city.
