SBV-B’s target turnover is July this year.
If you want something soon, this will be your choice.

Here’s a sample payment term for a 1bedroom in SBV-B

Now, since SBV will be finished by July this year, you actually have the option to pay off the whole price so the unit can be turned over to you asap.
If not, you can take advantage of this STREEETCHED payment option @ 0% interest.
Catch is, your unit will be turned over at the end of the scheme.

If you are not in a rush of getting the unit, SBV-C provides more options. 🙂
Turnover will be by next year, 2014.
It also has units that are at the P6.7M range.

Lets take SBV-C Unit 114 as an example.
Size is 54sqm
All-in price is P6.7M
