2. The good news is, there are 2 bedroom units available in Garden Towers which is just next to Park Terraces.
I checked the inventory of 2bedroom units in Garden Towers.
Price range of 2 bedroom units start from P23.25M to P27M on the high floors.
As an example, I have chosen Unit 5D – since this is the starting price for a 2bedroom unit in the inventory as of the moment.
