The Sea Breeze Verandas (SBV) is 86% complete as the construction team is currently working on units located on the 3rd floor until the 5ht floor. Painting on the corridors,  installation of eaves and armourwood cladding at the Penthouse level is also on-going.

Anvaya SBV

Soon, the whole Anvaya community can begin enjoying the main sport courts of the Anvaya Cove Golf and Sports Club. Exciting sports like basketball, volleyball, and badminton may be used beginning April 2014.
