Future residents of Luscara will soon experience the art of living with the expanse of their garden courtyards – be it for gardening, barbecue cookouts, or simply relaxing.

As of Oct 2013, pipe laying for the drainage and electrical lines along the main road is on going.

Nuvali as Ecopolis

Addressing the need to protect the environment while pushing progress, the designers of Nuvali harnessed the power of green building technology as well as sustainable planning and design.

Nuvali uses the strict environment standards of the United States Green Building Council.

“Planting more trees, solid waste recycling and the efficient use of energy are just some of the ways that Nuvali will implement to have a pleasant environment atmosphere.”

  • Committed to creating an eco-friendly place, Nuvali’s residential houses will be built with double piping that will allow water to be recycled.
  • To promote a healthy lifestyle, the place will promote walking and biking on its tree-lined streets to lessen the use of motor vehicles that emits pollution.
  • Nuvali will also have their own environmentally friendly transportation system that would bring its residents to various places in Metro Manila.

Nuvali boasts of the following features:

  • scenic lake that can be enjoyed will also be used for irrigation and water recycling
  • a balanced ratio of houses and trees for better air quality, reduced soil erosion and improved water retention
  • the use of bioswales that help filter groundwater resulting to green wetlands and more efficient sewer management.

Another important feature of Nuvali is the “Lakeside Evozone” a lakeside business community perfect for both work and play with recreational areas, lush green views and 24/7 Internet connectivity. A call center agent’s complex dubbed, as the E-Services Building will also be built. The complex will house business process outsourcing and information technology firms.

Abrio in Nuvali sets new standard for residential living in the Philippines

Six decades ago, the transformation of Hacienda Makati into the Philippines’ leading urban center began with the establishment of Forbes Park. In October 2007, history repeated itself with the unveiling of Abrio, Ayala Land Premier’s flagship property in Nuvali.

A heritage that stands the test of time

After World War II, Don Alfonso Zobel de Ayala and Col. Joseph the first residents of the new neighborhood.

In the years that followed, additional villages were developed, such as Dasmarinas, Urdaneta, San Lorenzo, and Magallanes. A shopping district, now known as Ayala Center, was built to support the needs of these growing communities.

In the 1970s, another milestone was reached with the acquisition of a large tract of land in Muntinlupa. This was developed into a self-contained community called Ayala Alabang. Urban conveniences such as schools, churches, and a retail center were put in place to prime the location for growth.

The push further south continued in the late 1990s with the opening of Ayala Westgrove Heights, a move that accelerated the development of the Cavite/Laguna area into a desirable residential address. Westgrove was quickly followed by Ayala Greenfield Estates — a scenic neighborhood with its own private country club and golf course. With the unveiling of ABRIO in late 2007, the vision for Ayala Land Premier’s communities in the south enters a new stage, one that embraces the exciting possibilities of the future but remains grounded on the same principles of trust and excellence that have guided the company through the years.

History, recreated

Three generations following the rise of Forbes Park and Dasmarinas Village in Makati, Ayala Land Premier paves the way for ABRIO, its flagship residential development in NUVALI — the future sustainable ecopolis being developed by Ayala Land and the Yulo family in Canlubang.

Roads in ABRIO are designed to conceal homes from street view, and its main thoroughfare will have a right-of-way nearly as wide as the carriageway of Ayala Avenue. The property’s size is limited to only 380 lots with a building density that is half that of comparable premium neighborhoods. Security and resource management systems will employ the latest technology, such as electric fencing and rainwater harvesting, to ensure an unrestricted yet environmentally responsible lifestyle.

Abrio-Nuvali
Abrio occupies a highly strategic location within Nuvali-close to the planned business district, retail center, and lake of the future ecopolis. Getting to Nuvali takes about 50 minutes by car from Makati through the Sta. Rosa Exit of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). By the first half of 2008, a new road connecting Nuvali directly to the Mamplasan Exit of the SLEX is expected to be operational.
