Ayala Land Inc. and US conglomerate General Electric (GE) signed an agreement Tuesday to jointly develop a sprawling environment-friendly community near Manila.
The partnership aims to promote so-called “green homes and commercial buildings” in NUVALI (a 1,700-hectare property in Laguna province).
Ayala Land said it would promote energy-efficient GE products from lighting fixtures and water process technologies to advanced building designs and real-time energy management systems.
Wow, high-tech!
NUVALI’s first phase features
- a four-hectare lake
- a lakeside retail and business process outsourcing campus
- open parks
- residential developments.
I’ve attended the briefing on this NEW Metropolis and I can say that it’s really a grand grand plan!
A new way of living (imagine you will have “water taxis” to get around the area!) Cool!
Go Ayala Land!
