Altaraza welcomes STI as first educational institution 

STI Academic Center Altaraza
The STI Academic Center at Altaraza aims to accommodate 6,000 students by June 2018.

Altaraza, an Ayala Land sustainable estate located in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, recently marked another milestone with the groundbreaking of the STI Academic Center, its first educational institution in the 109-hectare mixed-use community. The academic center is set to open by June 2018.

“The opening of the STI Academic Center marks the beginning of greater opportunities for Bulacan — offering quality education in an organized, integrated and accessible location here in Altaraza. We are very excited as we expect increased economic activity in the next 2-3 years with the turnover of our phase 1 residential units, the fully-operational QualiMed Hospital, the opening of STI’s Academic Center and soon the completion of the MRT-7 line,” said Mel Ignacio, Altaraza Project Development Manager.

STI Educational Services Group will build and operate the nine-storey academic center which targets to accommodate 6,000 students.  The school in Altaraza is part of STI’s plan to build new campuses in key locations nationwide in a bid to make real life education more accessible to the Filipino youth.
