Message to all ayala land investors, one serendra unit owners, and those who simply want to make a profit in a few hours:

One Serendra – East Tower will have a 6% price increase this Monday, May 26 2008. Thats almost PhP 500k increase for the 1-bedroom units, and almost PhP 800-900k increase for the 2-bedroom units.

Those who will purchase or reserve a unit before the scheduled price increase automatically locks-in the old price. In effect, an instant profit or real estate appreciation of at least PhP 500k in a few hours.

Anvaya Cove fans, lovers, club share members, and lot-owners!

Here is what you have been waiting for a long time. I know that for some time, we have ran out of lot inventory in Anvaya, and for a long long time too, many of you have been waiting for “small lots”. Well, here it is: Be lucky to be the first ones to see…

however, nothing is official yet. It’s a “glimpse” or a peek i should say…More or less, its going to be like this. We will come up with the official prices come June 2008… just be more patient. =)
