PROPERTY GIANT Ayala Land Inc. and the Yulo family are earmarking P1 billion for the initial phase of a project that will develop and transform a 1,700-hectare property in Canlubang, Laguna, into a 21st century mixed-use community.
This is good news to the Filipino global community. More irresistible real estate choices to come out in the following years. I’ll keep you posted of lots and units and terms as soon as Ayala Land releases them.

Yes, beach lovers, Anvaya Cove individual share will have a 25thou pesos increase (corporate shares will have 40thou pesos increase) by May 1. The demand for the the shares has been quite astonishing. This i think because more and more people have seen the site (which we have soft-opened for the summer)…Hmmm, word is now getting around. That’s good.
